**Processing Time:**
The shipping process begins within 1 to 5 business days after payment approval. You will receive an email notification as soon as your payment is approved.
**Delivery Time:**
The estimated delivery time varies from 5 to 20 business days from the shipping date.
**Shipping Costs:**
All of our products include free shipping throughout Brazil.
**Delivery Hours:**
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. In some areas, Saturday deliveries may be available depending on postal service availability.
**Special Situations:**
In cases where the package cannot be delivered as expected, the following situations apply:
**Incorrect or Incomplete Address:**
If the recorded address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the nearest post office. The customer will be notified, and a new delivery attempt will be made. If the customer does not receive the product, they may collect it from the post office using the tracking code.
**Address Change:**
Once the order is completed, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, contact us by email within one hour of order confirmation to review the possibility of a change (subject to updated shipping costs based on the modified delivery area). After one hour, the order will be shipped to the initially registered address.
